Lightweight, flexible and smooth hose made from a liner of nitrile sheet rubber, with a high tensile steel helix covered with nitrile coated nylon fabric and an outer of cord of neoprene-coated polyester.
This is the easiest hose to use for making a fuel filler hose. It does not collapse when going in a tight radius, so you can route this hose almost anywhere.
If using fuel filler caps we have in stock use the 51mm (2") size which pushes onto the neck.
Applications include engine and automotive industry. Can be used with all motor fuels and most lubricating oils. Resistant to constant vibration, good abrasion levels and suitable for very damp media. Good resistance to condensates due to the enclosed helix.
Available in 1 metre lengths or sold by the inch.
Please note: To make a 90° bend you will need at least 10" of hose
