These -4AN adapters are designed for LS series engines and are supplied as a matched pair.

This kit contains one adapter with a single outlet and another adapter with a dual outlet

Extremely handy rotating outlets so they can be adjusted to suit the hose plumbing path you need without the need for a T adapter.
